This is LA-based tattoo and graffiti artist Mr. Cartoon. His work is on the bodies of some of the biggest names in entertainment and hip-hop. Nike, Toyota, and T-Mobile have also used his work. Along with Estevan Oriol, he is part of the creative force behind Joker Brand clothing.
